Vincent is a manager on the Schools, Talent, and Racial Equity team. He works to support the efforts of our grantees to improve access to high-quality schools for all Washington, DC children. He was drawn to Education Forward DC’s commitment to empowering local leaders to take bold action to improve outcomes for young people who are often furthest from opportunity.
Before joining the team in 2023, Vincent worked for Startland Education in Kansas City creating and facilitating programming with a focus on human-centered design thinking in schools. Prior to that, he spent a decade as a middle and high school math teacher and instructional coach. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Education from Rockhurst University. Originally from New Jersey, Vincent moved to DC with his wife and daughter in 2023. They enjoy watching and playing sports, going to swimming lessons, and singing and dancing to any Disney movie music.
