Reverend Ademuyiwa T. Bamiduro is an ordained Baptist minister and the Senior Pastor of the historic Walker Memorial Baptist Church in Northwest, Washington, DC. Under his leadership, Walker Memorial has flourished, deepening its impact in the community. Through faith, prayer, and service, Walker Memorial continues to build on its legacy—founded in 1891—by expanding its ministries, including a partnership with College Bound, a college preparatory program that uplifts the next generation.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Reverend Bamiduro is a Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Zuora, Inc., and oversees the company’s global compliance and litigation.  Reverend Bamiduro was previously a Director & Associate General Counsel at Meta, Inc. (formerly Facebook), leading Meta’s global user data disclosure and compliance program.  Before Meta, Reverend Bamiduro worked at the international law firm White & Case, LLP, focusing on white-collar crimes and government investigations.  Reverend Bamiduro began his legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where he prosecuted complex violent and white-collar crimes, tried over two-dozen cases, and presented oral arguments before courts of appeals.  He also developed the Office’s Faith-Based Initiative and spearheaded the first-ever Clergy Ambassador Program, a faith-based community partnership to strengthen the relationship between city residents and the police.  Prior to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Reverend Bamiduro served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Damon J. Keith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Reverend Bamiduro was born and raised in the Washington, DC area and graduated from Archbishop Carroll High School with top honors. Reverend Bamiduro attended the University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. He then graduated from Yale Divinity School, where he received a Masters of Divinity degree and was awarded the Charles S. Mersick Prize for effective public address, especially in preaching. He also serves on the Yale Divinity School Dean’s Advisory Council.
