Jeanie Lee is the Chief Program Officer at the XQ Institute, where she spearheads initiatives to redesign high school education nationwide. Her extensive career encompasses roles such as President and Executive Director of the DC Public Education Fund, achieving over $70 million in philanthropic contributions to DCPS. Jeanie’s prior positions include Chief of Staff in the Office of Teaching and Learning at DCPS and Director of Education at Fight for Children. Fluent in Korean and Spanish, she brings her experience as a former educator to her current endeavors and lives in Washington, DC.
