Jeanie Lee is Principal of Jeanie Lee Consulting Group, where she advises education and philanthropic organizations on strategy, fundraising, and organizational growth. She previously served as Chief Program Officer at the XQ Institute, leading national efforts to redesign high school education. Earlier, Jeanie was President and CEO of the DC Public Education Fund, where she mobilized more than $70 million in philanthropic support for DC Public Schools. She has also held leadership roles as Chief of Staff in the Office of Teaching and Learning at DCPS and as Director of Education at Fight for Children. A former educator fluent in Korean and Spanish, she brings both local and national experience to her work and lives in Washington, DC.
