Education Forward DC’s mission is to support visionary education leaders to foster a city of high-quality, equitable public schools for every DC student and family. In the two and half years since we launched, we have supported more than 40 grantees who are supporting the creation and launch of excellent schools as operators, trainers of teachers and leaders, family and community engagers, and advocates for policy conditions that allow great schools to grow and thrive in DC. We are always interested in learning about organizations and entrepreneurs that are passionate about increasing quality and equity for all DC students, and in making our work more accessible and transparent to educators, community members, partners and other education stakeholders and potential grantees in the city.
Join us on Monday, January 28th from 11:00am-12:00pm ET as we host a webinar to introduce members of the Education Forward DC grant making teams, provide an overview of our grant making approach and application process, and answer questions from webinar participants. We invite anyone to attend who is interested in learning more about Education Forward DC’s mission, goals, grant making strategy, and team.
